Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue that caused a new default color palette to be generated when activating the Infotaulu, even though the old one already existed.
- Fixed an installation error if extensions could not be installed.
- Fixed an error in the dashboard widget that showed an error message if all error messages were enabled and the screen or channel link was missing.
